助けや手伝いを申し出てくれた人に対して使えるのが、この I will take you up on that offer. （お言葉に甘えて）です。申し出を that で表して、I will take you up on that と表すこともできます。例文を２つ見ていきましょう。
例１
A：Can I drive you home? （家まで車で送ろうか？）
B：I will take you up on that offer.（お言葉に甘えます）
例２

もちろんThank you for your kind offer.（親切にありがとうございます。）ということもできますが、Thank you 以外の感謝の言葉を覚えることでよりシチュエーションや自分の気持ちにあった表現ができるようになりますよ(^^)
